I’m a product-driven technical entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building products, leading teams, and scaling platforms — primarily in e-commerce and fintech. My strength lies in bridging deep technical expertise with a strong product mindset, turning complex problems into scalable, user-focused solutions.
At HelloFresh, I implemented a top-up feature that rewarded customers with bonus credits to boost retention. I also helped unify voucher and referral systems into a single incentive flow, making it central to the growth engine.
As CTO of Kisura GmbH, a curated shopping platform, I led the engineering organization, managed cross-functional teams, and oversaw the company’s full migration to the cloud — improving performance, security, and deployment speed.
I was also the Co-Founder of Quince, a Fintech platform developed in partnership with Haufe Group and Kontist. Quince helps freelancers handle tax filing and bookkeeping — a fully digital solution aimed at simplifying bureaucracy for the self-employed.
Recently, I’ve become deeply focused on the potential of AI agents. I strongly believe we are entering the building era of autonomous agents — and that the next wave of tech products will be defined by how we harness them to solve real-world problems.
